Love the site
It took me a while to figure out how everything on the site works. I sent a few emails in frustration and I was told I came across rude... I hate emails, I did most likely sound that way but I certainly didn't mean it to come across rude. I was frustrated and maybe a little tired.
So again, I apologize to this website's staff members if that is the way I came across maybe you can put in an introduction page on how to access the information just for challenged web site people like me(:
