CME Prerequisites & Miscellanea

• Friday (think tank) is open only to licensed healthcare practitioners and a confidentiality agreement will be required.

• Please note that all program participants seeking CME credits need to be present for the test at the close of the Friday CME day.

• Only qualified individuals reviewed and approved by organizers of this program will be admitted. Please supply full information (e.g., email address and mobile telephone number) upon registration. Non-approval will result in a refund of the CME program fee(s).

• REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY: Requests for CME credit item cancellations must be received by March 30, 2017 (a $75 cancellation fee will apply); cancellations after this date are non-refundable. Refunds will be sent by June 30, 2016.

• A one-time BCIP certification fee of $395 for AAIM is paid through AutismOne; additionally, AAIM charges $165 annually (paid to AAIM directly by the healthcare professional) as an AAIM membership and maintenance fee.
