Culinary Day like you’ve never experienced before! Spend the day with fabulous, fun teachers of healthy, healing habits regardless of diet – GFCF, SCD, GAPS, Body Ecology and more. We will keep your interest, attention and appetite peaked all day with activities like movement and LAUGHING YOGA breaks and HANDS-ON opportunities with equipment and food. Sueson Vess, MPH, ACE-CPT

Sueson is an author/food writer, chef, educator, food activist and mom. She helps people eat more healthily, especially families with children with ASD; people with celiac disease, food intolerance or allergies; and others with chronic illnesses. Family and corporate consultant, she serves as Chef for AutismOne, advisory board for The Univ. of Chicago Celiac Disease Center, and cooking consultant for the Autism Research Institute. Her newly revised cookbook is “Special Eats: Simple Delicious Solutions for Gluten & Dairy Free Cooking,” in its 6th printing.

Jasmine is a Lifestyle and Wellness Consultant specializing in gluten-free/allergy-free living as well as family and women’s health. It is her personal mission to raise her children to be healthy and happy. She wants to help you do the same and to empower you to make realistic and healthy choices for you and your families.

Sherrin Ross Ingram is CEO of the International Center for Strategic Planning and Chief Strategist for The Strategic Thinker’s Mastermind. She is an attorney, best-selling author, and founder of The Foundation for Real Nutrition and Sustainable Living, helping business and thought leaders develop breakthrough strategies, gain insight into professional challenges, and enhance strategic thinking skills. Most important, Sherrin used real food and traditional nutrition as the foundation for her son's transformation from autism to a life of full inclusion and participation.
