Culinary Day like you’ve never experienced before! Spend the day with fabulous, fun teachers of healthy, healing habits regardless of diet – GFCF, SCD, GAPS, Body Ecology and more. We will keep your interest, attention and appetite peaked all day with activities like movement and LAUGHING YOGA breaks and HANDS-ON opportunities with equipment and food. Sueson Vess, MPH, ACE-CPT

Sueson is an author/food writer, chef, educator, food activist and mom. She helps people eat more healthily, especially families with children with ASD; people with celiac disease, food intolerance or allergies; and others with chronic illnesses. Family and corporate consultant, she serves as Chef for AutismOne, advisory board for The Univ. of Chicago Celiac Disease Center, and cooking consultant for the Autism Research Institute.
