Sueson is an author/food writer, chef, educator, food activist and mom. She helps people eat more healthily, especially families with children with ASD; people with celiac disease, food intolerance or allergies; and others with chronic illnesses. Family and corporate consultant, she serves as Chef for AutismOne, advisory board for The University of Chicago Celiac Disease Center, and cooking consultant for the Autism Research Institute. Her newly revised cookbook is Special Eats: Simple Delicious Solutions for Gluten & Dairy Free Cooking, in its 6th printing.
