This program is about health and well-being with a particular focus on how food and your environment can impact health, behavior, cognitive and learning abilities and your emotions. Topics covered include food allergies, celiac disease, food additives, preservatives, chemicals, environmental issues, the rotation diet, the gluten-free/casein-free diet, how to reduce the chances of developing new allergies, other special diets that can improve health, greening your house, safer products, getting your children to eat healthier, and much more. Using a variety of formats, the focus of each program is to give the listeners the nuts and bolts of what they need to know and how to produce great results.
