Come join the parents of children who have lost their autism diagnosis, and hear about their children’s lives through autism and beyond. Parents of recovered children will share what their journey looked like during the autism years, and what to expect after losing an autism diagnosis.
Marissa Ali
Marissa Ali is a mother of two children who are recovered from autism. She is the coauthor of Autism Beyond the Spectrum and the vice-president of The Thinking Moms’ Revolution, where she is known as Dragon Slayer. Marissa is also the founder of Brightstars – Life Skills For Exceptional Kids www.brightstars.my, a holistic school for children with autism, ADHD and learning challenges. She lives with her husband and children in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
