Polymyositis develops

Polymyositis develops gradually, with spontaneous remission, making it difficult to notice the onset. Since the primary symptom of polymyositis is weakness in the muscles nearest to the torso, the symptoms of polymyositis may be attributed to other factors. Thanks a lot.
