A Little About Me: 

I attended the AutismOne Conference 2009 in Chicago, Il. I greatly enjoyed myself as did my daughter and soon to be husband. I know I did not agree with everything but like my life motto, "take what you want, leave the rest." I used this alot over that week.

Why I am a Part of the AutismOne Community: 

 I am very interested in other parents from West Michigan to get together for coffee and chat. I also would love to learn more about other issues other than diet and vaccines.

What I am Here For: 
Networking, education and mental relief.

My Daily Motivations: 

 My feet hit the ground running. I wake, breath, eat, sleep my daughters. My life has become a variety of doctors, psych, tests, results, more tests, and more therapy. I am motivated to find the next thing and figure out how it works and what can be done about it. She has Autism, now what am I going to do about it?

Goals: 
To have my daughter able to care for herself with minimal help at the age of 18.
Help Needed: 
Education on sensory, social, and academic.
Help to Give: 

 I can help by being a listening ear. I have been there and know what another parent is feeling.
