AutismOne Conference Policies

We reserve the right not to register any individual based on our own judgment. We further reserve the right to ask any participant to leave the conference if that person's conduct has interfered in the past or is interfering in the present with others' participation in and positive experience at the conference.  We do not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, creed, religion, gender, political party, or sexual orientation.

General Admission Materials and Processing fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Dinner tickets are refundable if request is made before Saturday, May 26 and before tickets are picked up with badge at the conference.  Dinner tickets are transferable.

CME program credits are refundable 30 days before the program if requested in writing.  After 30 days refunds incur a $50 cancellation fee.

All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at the conference at all times.

Your name badge must be worn at all conference events facing outward so that the name is visable.  For the Saturday Night Dinner Gala, your name badge must be presented with your ticket; you don't have to wear your badge with your evening dress.

The conference has its own official videographers, photographers, radio personnel, and audio-visual personnel who will be clearly identified by preprinted staff badges. 

No other videography, photography, or audio recording is permitted on the lecture/ground floor level of the conference site or any other level used for conference proceedings.  Anyone using any means of videography, photography (e.g., computer or cell phone), or audio recording in violation of this will be asked to leave the conference site immediately.

Solicitation of conference exhibitors and speakers is prohibited for anyone other than AutismOne personnel.
