Why I am a Part of the AutismOne Community:
I have a dog in the fight. My son, Mark, was vaccine injured. He was mistakenly given an MMR when he was only 8 mo old. and developed high functioning autism.
What I am Here For:
To make sure people know that autism recovery is possible.
Autism Help / Accomplishments:
My accomplishment: I recovered my son, Mark, from high functioning autism. He was an older child (age 11) and no one could tell me if it was possible to recover an older child when I started. It took 5 years of Biomedical treatment (exclusively, no other interventions!) but four years ago his diagnosis was removed.

Mark's transition to college this summer was successful. He finished his summer school course on Monday, taking his final exam. We will see what the grade ends up being. Expecting a B.
